Corn and Oats Porridge Recipe

Ingredients

2 cans LASCO Sweet Corn
1 sahcet LASCO Oats Porridge (Plain flavour)
0.5tsp Salt (1/2 tsp)
0.5sachet LASCO Coconut Cream Powder
2cups Water
0.5 cup LASCO Food Drink (Vanilla Flavour)
1 tsp Nutmeg (grated)
Sugar (to taste)

Directions

1.

Empty corn (with liquid) in a medium-sized heavy pot.
Add 1 cup water and bring to a boil.
Mark as complete
2.

Empty porridge into a bowl. Add enough water to dissolve and stir into the corn mixture.
Allow boiling then reduce the flame.
Mark as complete

Dissolve coconut powder in a quarter cup of water then add to boiled mixture.
Mark as complete
4.

Allow cooking for 7 to 10 minutes, stirring occasionally.
Reduce flame.
Mark as complete
5.

Mix Vanilla LASCO Food Drink with enough water to form a creamy consistency.
Stir into porridge mixture then sprinkle on nutmeg.
Mark as complete
6.

Add sugar if required.
Mark as complete
