Equipment

  • Heavy pot

  • Bowl

Ingredients

  • 1 can LASCO Sweet Corn

  • 1 sachet LASCO Oats Porridge (plain flavour)

  • ½ tsp salt

  • ½ sachet LASCO Coconut Cream Powder

  • 2 cups water

  • ½ cup LASCO Food Drink (Vanilla Flavour)

  • 1 tsp nutmeg (grated)

  • Sugar to taste

Directions

Empty corn (with liquid) in a medium-sized heavy pot. Add 1 cup of water and bring to a boil.

Empty porridge into a bowl. Add enough water to dissolve and stir into corn mixture. Allow to boil then reduce flame.

Dissolve coconut powder in a quarter cup of water then add to boiled mixture.

Allow to cook for 7 to 10 minutes, stirring occasionally. Reduce flame.

Mix Vanilla LASCO Food Drink with enough water to form a creamy consistency. Stir into porridge mixture then sprinkle on nutmeg.

Add sugar if required.
