  • Bowl

  • 1/2 cup freshly squeezed tangerine juice (2 to 3 tangerines)

  • 1/4 cup freshly squeezed orange juice (about 1 orange)

  • 3 tbsp extra virgin olive oil

  • 3 tbsp freshly squeezed lemon juice (about 1 lemon)

  • 1 1/2 tbsp freshly squeezed lime juice (about 1 lime)

  • 1 tsp honey

  • 1 tsp red wine vinegar

  • 1/2 tsp sea salt

  • 1/2 tsp chile powder

  • 1/8 tsp ground black pepper

  • 1/4 tsp ground chile or cayenne to taste

  • 1 clove garlic (grated or very finely chopped)

In a medium bowl, whisk together all ingredients until well combined.

Although tangerine juice adds a sweet-tart note to this refreshing dressing, you can substitute an equal amount of orange juice instead.
