1ln irish potatoe
1 sorrel juice
1tbsp corn starch
1 yellow and green sweet pepper
3 slices of pineapple
1tbsp honey
1tsp lime juice
Garlic butter
2 pieces of thyme
Salt and black pepper to taste
Heavy Cream



Garlic Mash Potatoes Direction

Bring a pot of water to boil and add 1/2 tsp salt. Peel and wash potatoes, cut in small cubes to cook evenly and quicker. Put to boil unit cook right through.
In a medium bowl, mash the potatoes along with Garlic Butter and Heavy Cream creamy.
Mark as complete

Sorrel Sauce

Add sorrel juice in a medium pan, bring to a boil. Add sugar and cornstarch, reduce until thicken or not too runny.
Mark as complete

Prepare Salmon

Wash and dry Salmon gently with a paper towel. Drizzle 1 tbsp olive oil over Salmon and season with salt and pepper.
Mark as complete

Melt butter in frying pan, add thyme then fry the Salmon on both sides for 3 mins then glaze with Sorrel Sauce.
Mark as complete

Salsa Method

Chop sweet peppers and pineapples, add in a small bowl then combine honey, lime juice and black pepper.
Mark as complete
