Ingredients

  • 1 lb fish fillets

  • 1 tsp salt

  • lime or lemon juice

  • thyme and escallion

  • Marinate

  • 1/2 cup Benajmins Ginger Jerk Barbeque Sauce

  • 2 tbsp Benola Extra Vegetable Olive Oil

Directions

Wash the fish with the juice of 1/2 lime of lemon, rinse with cool water and pat dry.

Season fish fillet with a bit of thyme and scallion.

Sprinkle with salt and slack pepper.

Brush both sides of fish fillet with Benjamins Ginger Jerk Barbeque Sauce.

Allow for the Jerk marinade to penetrate for at least one hour in the refrigerator.

Preheat your oven to 400 degrees F.

Line a baking tray with parchment paper.

Trickle on the Benola Extra Virgin Olive Oil.

Set the baking tray on the middle rack in your oven and let it go for about 15 minutes.

Flip over and cook for another 8-10 minutes

Remove from oven. Enjoy!
