Ingredients

  • ½ cup So Good Milk
  • 8 oz Butter
  • 8 oz Sugar
  • 6 Eggs
  • 3 cups Flour
  • 3 tsp Baking Powder
  • ¼ tsp Baking Soda
  • 4 oz Raisins
  • 4 oz Currants
  • 4oz Mixed Peel
  • 1 cup cooked and pureed Pumpkin
  • ½ tsp Benjamins Cinnamon Extract
  • 1 tsp Benjamins Vanilla Spiced
  • 1 tbsp Benjamins Browning

Cream butter and sugar until fluffy, and eggs and beat well.

Mix flour, baking powder and baking soda together. Fold into butter & sugar mixture alternately with milk.

Stir in fruits, fold in pumpkin, Vanilla Spiced, Cinnamon Extract and mix thoroughly.

Mix in Browning to the desired color.

Pour mixture into a greased 9” cake pan.

Bake at 350 degrees for 1 ½ hours or until done.
