Salmon only takes a couple of minutes to cook in an Air Fryer, so keep an eye on it. It will also continue to cook a bit as it rests so make sure you take it out as soon as it’s ready. As a piece of salmon bakes, it turns from red to pink as it cooks. You can check for doneness by cutting into the thickest part of the fish with a knife. It should still be slightly translucent in the center and beginning to flake.

Ingredients

  • 1 tsp lemon and herb seasoning

  • 1 tsp dried parsley

  • 1 tsp chilli flakes

  • 1 tbsp olive oil

  • Salt to taste

  • Potato Seasoning

  • New potatoes cut into chunks

  • 3 tbsp Mayonnaise

  • 1 tbsp garlic powder

  • 1 tsp black pepper

  • 1 small chopped red onion

  • Chopped fresh parsley

  • Chopped fresh chives

  • Lemon juice

  • Wild rocket

Boiled potato in salted water till fork tender then drain it and let it cool down

Season salmon with herb seasoning, lemon, dried parsley, chilli flakes, olive oil, and air fry it for about 10 minutes at 180°

Put the potatoes in a bowl then add all ingredients for the potato salad stir everything till it’s all combined than assemble the salad on a plate

Notes

You only need to cook salmon in the oven for about 12-15 minutes. Any more and it will be dry and overdone.
