  • Rock glass

Ingredients

  • 3 parts Appleton Estate Rare Blend 12 Year Old

  • 1 tsp brown sugar

  • 2 dashes Angostura bitters

  • 1 cherry

  • Orange peel (garnish)

Instructions

Dissolve 1 teaspoon of brown sugar in 3 parts Appleton Estate Rare Blend 12 Year Old rum into a rock glass.

Muddle the cherry in dissolved sugar.

Add 4 cubes of ice to the ingredients in the rock glass. Stir quickly for 32 times. Garnish with orange peel.
