Equipment

  • Frying Pan

Ingredients

  • 2 tbsp Vegetable oil

  • 2 stalks Escallion (chopped)

  • 1 small Onion (chopped)

  • 1 clove Garlic (chopped)

  • 1/4 cup scotch bonnet pepper (chopped)

  • 1/4 cup sweet pepper (chopped)

  • 1/4 cup Shrimp (peeled & cooked)

  • 1/4 cup boneless Pork (cooked, cut in cubes)

  • 1/4 cup Chicken breast fillet (cooked, cut in cubes)

  • 2 MAGGI Vegetable Cubes

  • 1 cup Mixed vegetables

  • 2 cups Cooked rice

  • 1 tbsp Soy sauce

Instructions

Method

In a medium pan, heat oil, add all the fresh seasoning and hot pepper.

Mix in the crumbled MAGGI Vegetable Cubes, then the shrimp, pork chops and chicken and combine.

Add the mixed vegetables and the rice, stir to combine well.

Add the soya sauce and continue stirring for 5 minutes
