2 cups of Tru-Juice Sorrel with Ginger (room temperature)
1/4 cup of Tru-Juice Orange (room temperature)
1 tbsp orange zest
1/4 cup brown sugar
2 tbsp honey
Combine ingredients in a medium saucepan and bring to a boil.
Reduce heat to low and cook until thickened.
use this glaze to baste your ham in the last 15 minutes of cooking, repeat every 5 minutes until finished.
