Jerk Salmon

A delicious jerk salmon recipe served with sweet potato salad & steamed callaloo on one sheet pan.

Ingredients

6 oz Rainforest Seafoods Salmon Fillets
1/4 cup wet jerk seasoning
2 cloves garlic (minced)
2 tbsp apple cider vinegar
2 tbsp fresh chopped escallion
1/4 cup corn oil
1 tsp ginger (crushed)
Salt & pepper for taste

Method

Season Rainforest Seafoods Salmon Fillets and marinate overnight.

Heat grill & cook marinated fillets – 5 minutes either side.

Serve with sweet potato salad & steamed callaloo.

Serve 1
