Ok, we know Jerk chicken has been a staple for Jamaicans for many years but have you tried this Hickory Smoke Jerk Chicken recipe by Benjamins?

1 cup Benjamins Hickory Smoke Jerk Chicken Sauce
4 tbsp Benola Extra Virgin Olive Oil
2 tsp black pepper
2 tsp salt

  • Basting Brush

Ingredients

  • 4 large chicken (quarter portions)

  • 1 cup Benjamins Hickory Smoke Jerk Chicken Sauce

  • 4 tbsp Benola Extra Virgin Olive Oil

  • 2 tsp black pepper

  • 2 tsp salt

Wash chicken

Season chicken with salt and black pepper

Marinate for at least one hour in refrigerator

Preheat oven to 400 degrees F.

Place chicken in a baking pan and bake for 30 minutes.

Remove chicken from pan and drain all juices.

Return to pan and brush with barbeque sauce.

Return to oven for 10 minutes

Turn over the chicken and base the other side with barbeque sauce.

Turn up the oven to 425 degrees F.

Give the chicken a final brush, then return to the oven for another 10 minutes until the chicken caramelizes.

Remove from the oven and let stand for a few minutes then serve.
