1 Caribbean Passion Boneless Ham
2 cups pineapple juice
1/4 cup honey
2 tbsp sugar
2 tbsp dijon mustard
Cook ham according to package instructions
Prepare glaze while ham is in the oven:
– In a small saucepan over medium heat, cook pineapple juice for 25 mins while stirring frequently. The juice should reduce by half.
– Add honey, sugar and mustard
– Cook 5-8 minutes while constantly stirring. Once glaze has thickened to a syrup consistency, remove from heat and seat aside until ham is ready to be glazed.
