1 Whole Chicken (cut into quarters)
1 Red Stripe Beer
2 tbs Walkerswood Hot Jerk Seasoning
Add 1/2 beer into a small bowl and combine with the Walkerswood Jerk Seasoning.
Marinate the chicken for 1/2 hour or overnight
Cook on your BBQ grill for 45 minutes over medium / high heat turning and basting with remaining beer Walkerswood Jerk Mariande until cooked through
Use the other 1/2 of the beer to keep the chef cool
