1 Granny Smith apple (chopped)
1 Gala or Fuji apple (chopped)
1 tablespoon lemon juice
1/2 cup chopped celery
1/4 cup Medjool dates(chopped)
1/2 cup walnuts, chopped (reserve 1/4 cup)
1/4 cup Nancy’s Organic Sour Cream
Chop unpeeled apples and sprinkle with lemon juice. Gently combine all remaining ingredients in bowl with apples. Refrigerate for several hours to combine flavors. Sprinkle with remaining chopped walnuts. Enjoy!
