2 stalks Escallion (chopped)
1 small Onion (chopped)

1/4 cup scotch bonnet pepper (chopped)
1/4 cup sweet pepper (chopped)
1/4 cup Shrimp (peeled & cooked)
1/4 cup boneless Pork (cooked, cut in cubes)
