10 Hi-Lo Franks (Diced)
1 small Onion (Diced)
1 tsp Chili Powder
1/2 tsp garlic Powder
2 medium Tomatoes (Diced)
12 tortilla Wraps
6oz Shredded Mexican Mix Cheese
4 cups Shredded Lettuce
1 tin Hi-Lo Baked Beans
Salt to taste
- In a medium skillet, saute Hi-Lo Franks, onion and diced tomatoes over medium heat adding salt, garlic powder and chili powder.
- Heat tortilla wraps and place on a clean cutting board or surface and add ingredients, lettuce, sauted Hi-Lo Franks, cheese and optional condiments (Hi-Lo Green Peas and Hi-Lo Sweet Corn)
- In a separate skillet heat Hi-Lo Baked Beans and set aside
- To assemble Taco, layer Hi-Lo Franks mixture. Hi-Lo Baked Beans, cheese, lettuce and tomatoes in each wrap.
Can be served with sour cream or salsa mix and Hi-Lo Green Peans and Hi-Lo Sweet corn can be included in the wrap.
