Let’s kick off the month of #Lent and #ILoveMyCube with our MAGGI® Curry Corn!
1 tbsp Vegetable oil
2 tbsp Curry powder
1/2 Cup Water
3 tbsp Onion finely chopped
1 tsp Garlic minced
1 tbsp Pimento pepper
1 1/2 tbsp Cilantro or chadon beni
1 Pack MAGGI® Coconut Milk Powder (50g) dissolved into 2cups of water
1 1/2 Pound Corn cob cut into 1/2ins pieces
3 MAGGI® Vegetable Cubes
1 – Heat oil in a medium pot. Mix 1/2 cup water and curry powder. Pour into hot oil and let cook for 2 minutes or until thick.
2 – Add onion, garlic, pimento pepper and chadon beni to pot. Cook for 1 minutes.
3 – Add water with coconut milk powder, and vegetable cube.
4 – Add corn and cook for 30 minutes.
