  • 3-4 sweet potatoes (peeled and diced)

  • ½ cup Grace Jerk Marinade

Directions

Preheat oven to 400 degrees.

In a bowl, combine the sweet potatoes and Grace Jerk Marinade.

Let sweet potatoes marinate for 30 minutes.

Spread the sweet potatoes evenly on a greased pan and cook in the oven, stirring occasionally, for about 40 minutes. Enjoy!
