Instant Chocolate Muffins Recipe

If you are ever in for an easy and quick chocolate treat, our Instant Chocolate muffin is a great choice. Made with the LASCO Instant Chocolate with Nutmeg flavour, it’s sure to be enjoyed by both children and adults.

3 heaping tbsp LASCO Instant Chocolate with Nutmeg Flavour
1 cup Plain flour
1 tsp Baking powder
1 Egg
1/2 cup LASCO Whole Milk (mixed)
2 tbsp LASCO Vegetable Oil
4 heaping tbsp Sugar

Preheat the oven to 320 ºF.
Sift all dry ingredients together and put in a bowl. Mix the egg, milk, oil and sugar together.
Pour the egg mixture into the bowl with dry ingredients and mix until combined but still lumpy.
Spoon mixture into greased muffin pan and place in the oven at 320ºF for 20 to 25 minutes or until set and cracked at the top.
Allow to cool for 10 minutes then enjoy.
