Grilled Jerk BBQ Shrimp On Sticks

Ingredients
1 12 oz. pack Rainforest Seafoods, jumbo shrimp (Peeled and De-veined)
1 oz. Rainforest Seafoods Spice
2 oz. Walkerswood Jerk Seasoning
1/2 oz. granulated garlic
1 oz. vegetable oil
1 oz. lime juice
1 large red bell pepper cut in 1/4 inch pieces
1 large onion cut in 1/4 inch pieces
4 bamboo skewers (soaked in cold water to prevent burning)
1 cup thick Bbq. Sauce
1/2 cup fruit punch
2 oz. butter

Method

In a large mixing bowl, place the shrimp along with the remaining ingredients, and give it a nice gentle mix allow it to sit for a minimum of 15 minutes, save the marinade.
Arrange the shrimp, bell pepper and onion on the bamboo skewers.
Place these on a grill pre-heated to 350 degrees f. and cook for 2 minutes per side
Remove and hold.
In a sauce pot on medium flame, place the bbq. sauce, fruit punch and marinade and allow it to reduce until its starts thickening, reduce the flame and add the butter.
Using a bbq. brush paint the sauce over the skewers and place them back on the grill for an additional 2 minutes.
Continue to add as much sauce as you desire.
Remove and serve.
