Ingredients

  • 1/2 cup water

  • 1/2 cup sugar

  • 1/4 tsp salt

  • 1/2 stick butter

  • 2 oz white rum

  • pinch nutmeg

Instructions

Directions

Place water, sugar and salt in a saucepan and allow to boil vigorously for 10 minutes.

Remove from heat.

Add butter and rum and stir until butter has melted.

Sprinkle with grated nutmeg and pour on a warm pudding slice.
