Chocolate Drizzled Raspberry Amaretto Yogurt Creamsicles

Here’s something different, try this Chocolate Drizzled Raspberry Amaretto Yogurt Creamsicles today!

2 cups Nancy’s Lowfat Yogurt
1/2 cup Organic Cane Sugar
2 1/2 tablespoons Amaretto Liqueur
1/8 teaspoon Salt
1 cup Frozen Raspberries, chopped
1 cup Chocolate Chips

Using a hand mixer, blend the yogurt, sugar, amaretto and vanilla in a bowl. Fold in the chopped frozen raspberries. Pour the mixture into six molds, leaving ¼ inch of space at the top. Place the sticks in the molds and allow the creamsicles to freeze overnight.

Remove the creamsicles from the molds and lay them on a sheet of parchment paper. Melt the chocolate in a double boiler or the microwave. Using a fork, drizzle the melted chocolate over the creamsicles. Lay the drizzled creamsicles on a tray of ice and serve immediately.
