Ingredients

1.5 tsp Ground All Spice alternative Pimento seeds
1.5 tsp salt
0.5 tsp ground black pepper
0.5 tsp ground cinnamon
0.25 tsp ground nutmeg
0.125 tsp ground cloves
3 green onions (chopped)
3 cloves garlic (minced)
2 scotch bonnet pepper (to taste)
1 medium onion
1 lemon (juice of)
3 tsp oil
2 tsp soy sauce
2 tsp malt vinegar
1 tsp minced gingerroot
3lbs pork butt
2 Red Stripe Beers

Directions

1.

In a large bowl, combine the first 7 ingredients.
Mix thoroughly.
Mark as complete

In a food processor combine green onions and garlic, peppers, onion, lemon juice, oil, soy sauce, malt vinegar and ginger.
Blend until very smooth.
Mark as complete

Plae pork in a glass bowl or large freezer bag, combine all ingredients and coat pork well.
Cover and stir and flip often.
Mark as complete

Marinate for at least 8 hours.
Mark as complete
5.

Take out the fridge 1 hour before grilling.
Mark as complete
6.

Preheat grill to medium-high.
Cook for 6-8 minutes on one side, flip, and 6-8 minutes on the other.
