250g Gold Seal Sweet Cassava Flour
100g Eve brown cane sugar
50 g unsweetened cocoa
1.5 tbsp Eve baking powder
150g Eve coconut oil
1 cup water
1 cup plant based milk
Eve cinnamon powder to taste
Pinch of salt



Step 1

Preheat oven to 350 degrees C.
Grease 8 inch pan.
Mark as complete

Step 2

In a large bowl, mix dry and wet ingredients then whisk batter together. After whisking, pour batter into the prepared pan.

Step 3

Bake in preheated oven for 45 to 60 minutes, or until a knife insert into the center comes out clean. Let cool in pan for 10 minutes, then turn out onto a wire rack and cool completely.
