Banana Fry Rice

  • 2.5 cups grated
    Green Banana
  • 3 cups
    Cooked Rice
  • 1 tbsp
    Vegetable Oil
  • 1 medium
    Onion (finely chopped)
  • 1 medium
    Sweet Pepper
  • 2 clove
    Garlic
  • 2 tbsp
    All Purpose Seasoning
  • 0.5 cup
    Soya Sauce
  • 1 pack
    Cock Soup
  • 0.333 seasoned & diced
    Chicken Breast
  • 0.333 cup
    Mixed Vegetable
Directions
  • In a pot, heat vegetable oil, add chopped seasoning and soya sauce.
  • Grated banana. Add mix vegetable chicken breast and mixed together.
  • Add rice and combine above seasoning. Stir until rice is completely dark.
  • Sib cock soup over and stir, leave to simmer for 10 minutes.
  • Place garnish and serve.
