Equipment

  • Frying pan

Ingredients

  • 1 large Ripe Plantain

  • 6 of your preferred sausages or hot dogs.

  • 1 cup Vegetable Oil

  • Fresh Parsley for Garnish

  • 2 tbsp Sauce or Preferred Dips

Instructions

Method

Peel and long slice plantains.

Pat dry sausages and slice into half.

Wrap each sausage with plantain and secure with a toothpick.

Heat vegetable oil and deep fry plantain blankets.

Remove from oil and place on paper towel to remove excess oil.

Garnish with fresh parsley.

Serve with sauce or desired dip.
