iCool Rum Coolers Recipe

Ingredients (three varieties)

1 1/2 oz red rum
1 1/2 oz iCool MelonBerry
1 1/2 oz iCool Fruit Punch
1/2 oz simple syrup*
1/4 oz lime juice

3 oz iCool Tangerine
1 1/2 oz vodka
1/2 oz Blue Curacao
1/2 oz simple syrup
1/4 oz lime juice

4 oz iCool MelonBerry
1 oz white overproof rum
1/2 oz simple syrup

*To make simple syrup, mix together equal parts of granulated sugar and water (2 oz.) in a sealed jar and shake until fully dissolved.

For each rum cooler, combine all ingredients; stir and serve over ice.

Garnish with fresh mint leaves or lime wedges if desired.
