Cassava Flour Chocolate Cake Recipe

  • Large Bowl

Ingredients

  • 250g Gold Seal Sweet Cassava Flour

  • 100g Eve brown cane sugar

  • 50g unsweetened cocoa

  • 1 1/2 tbsp Eve baking powder

  • 150g Eve coconut oil

  • 1 cup water

  • 1 cup plant based milk

  • Eve cinnamon powder to taste

  • Pinch of salt

Preheat oven to 350 degrees C.

Grease 8 inch pan.

In a large bowl, mix dry and wet ingredients then whisk batter together. After whisking, pour batter into the prepared pan.

Bake in preheated oven for 45 to 60 minutes, or until a knife insert into the center comes out clean. Let cool in pan for 10 minutes, then turn out onto a wire rack and cool completely.
