Hamilton’s Smokehouse Ham With Pineapple Glaze

Did you pick up your Hamilton’s Smokehouse Ham as yet? Great!!! This Hamilton’s Smokehouse Ham With Pineapple Glaze recipe is easy to make.

Ingredients:
1 Hamilton’s Smokehouse Leg Ham
2 tbsp olive oil
340g pineapple jam
300ml maraschino cherry juice
1 cup oyster sauce
1 tbsp cloves
1 tbsp all-purpose seasoning
¼ tsp salt
½ tsp black pepper
1 tbsp mustard

Method:

Remove the rind on the Hamilton’s Smokehouse Ham and score ham (each score should be about 1/3 deep.
Scores should extend from top to bottom on each side of the ham) Rub ham with olive oil, ½ cup of oyster sauce, and all-purpose seasoning.
Decorate with cloves.
Bake the ham at 350°F for 15 mins per pound.
Mix the rest of the oyster sauce with the pineapple jam, cherry juice, salt and pepper.
In the last two hours of cooking, glaze the ham with the jam mixture and continue cooking, basting every 15 minutes.

Prep time: 20 mins
Cooking time: 3-5 hours

Serving suggestion: Sweet potato casserole and buttered green beans.
