Espresso martini (large batch)

Looking to serve espresso martinis to friends. And don’t want to have to keep spending loads of time in the kitchen making them. Is there an easy way to have the espresso ready? Is it as simple as making lots of shots of espresso, placing it in a jar and keeping in the fridge until ready?
