LASCO Soursop Shake Recipe

Soursop is a popular fruit in the Caribbean, often used to make refreshing drinks to unwind after a long day. It’s been touted among Caribbean people as being perfect for a great night’s sleep. We have added LASCO Milky Soy for great body and delectable flavour .

Ingredients
2 cups LASOY Milk Free (mixed)
2 cups Sour sop Juice (thick)
2 cups Crushed ice
2 tbsps Sugar
Nutmeg or ground cinnamon

Instructions
1. Combine in a blender and blend for 1 minute.
2. Serve with a dash of grated nutmeg or ground cinnamon.
3. Chill and then serve cold

Notes
You may also add mangoes, bananas, sweet sops, custard apples, strawberries or papayas. Remove seeds and pits before blending.
