Christmas Cosmos Recipe

Turn the classic Cosmo into a holiday treat with a little pomegranate. Many juice brands now sell pomegranate-cranberry blends, which we love for this cocktail since they’re a tad sweeter than straight pomegranate juice.

Ingredients

1 cup vodka
1 cup pomegranate-cranberry juice blend
1.4 cup orange liquer
3 tbsp fresh lime juice
Lime twists

Directions

Put the vodka, pomegranate juice, orange liqueur and lime juice in a large liquid measuring cup or other pitcher.

Add ice and stir 30 seconds or until cold; strain into chilled martini glasses.

Garnish with lime twists.
