1 400ml can Caribbean Dreams Evaporated Coconut milk
0.5 cup cashew (soaked)
0.25 cup non-dairy milk (or water)
1 tbsp maple syrup
0.5 tsp vanilla extract
1 tsp nutmeg
0.5 tsp cinnamon
2 pinches of sea salt
Pinch cloves



Soak cashews in jar or bowl of water overnight to soften, drain before blending.
Mark as complete

In a blender, combine drained cashews, evaporated coconut milk, non-dairy milk, maple syrup, vanilla, nutmeg, cinnamon, sea salt and cloves.
Mark as complete

Blend until smooth and creamy. Serve right away or chill in the fridge first, but make sure to stir well or shake before serving, as the freshly blended cashews can thicken a bit after sitting.
