Coffee Ginger BBQ Ribs Recipe

1.5 lbs pork back ribs
0.5 cup Kraft original BBQ sauce
2 cloves garlic (crushed)
1 tsp olive oil
0.75 cup grated ginger
1.5 tbsp instant coffee
2.5 tbsp Maggi all purpose
Salt to taste
Pepper to taste (optional)
0.5 tsp pimento powder
0.75 cup ketchup
2tbsp low-sodium soy sauce
Fresh parsley to garnish




Season ribs with: Maggi All Purpose seasoning, pimento powder, salt, garlic, ginger, coffee.
Leave to marinate for 2-3 hours or overnight.

Preheat grill for medium heat and oil grill.

Whisk ketchup, coffee, crushed ginger, soy sauce, BBQ sauce to make the glaze.
Mark as complete

Grill ribs on both sides on the preheated grill, lightly brush the glaze on to each side of ribs as they cook. Grill until the meat is soft, 8-10 minutes per side.
The thermometer inserted into the center should read (145 degrees F) or 63 degrees C.
