Rainforest Shrimp Scampi Recipe

1 bag Rainforest peeled and deveined jumbo Shrimp
Juice of 1/2 Lemon
3 tbsp olive oil
0.33 cup dry white wine
2 tbsp parsley (chopped)
3 tbsp garlic (minced)
0.25 tsp red pepper flakes
1 tbsp butter
0.25 tsp salt
Freshly cracked black pepper



Add the olive oil, garlic, and red pepper flakes to a large pan on medium high heat and let warm for about a minute or two until the garlic is fragrant.
Mark as complete

Degraze the pan with the wine and let simmer for another minute or two.
Mark as complete

Add the shrimp to the pan and saute for about two minutes on each side.
Mark as complete

When the shrimp is almost done cooking, add the butter, salt, pepper, lemon, and parsley.
Mix well and serve hot.
Mark as complete
