1 can Bumble Bee Salmon (drained and flaked)
5 cups cooked (chilled spiral pasta)
0.5 cup sliced carrots
0.5 cup sliced celery
0.5 cup broccoli
0.33 cup sliced black olives (1/3 cups)
0.25 cup sliced green onions
0.25 cup julienne sliced green bell pepper
2tbsp grated Parmesan cheese
For Dressing
0.5 cup red wine vinegar
0.25 cup vegetable oil
1tsp granulated sugar

Directions

Prepare pasta according to package directions. Set aside.

Combine salmon, pasta, carrot, celery, broccoli, olives, green onion, bell pepper and parmesan cheese.

Mix the chicken with the barbecue sauce:

In a small bowl, combine red wine vinegar, oil, sugar, oregano, black pepper and salt for dressing.
Pour dressing mixture over salmon and pasta mixture, toss gently.
Mark as complete
