Try this easy to prepare Jerk Basa Alfredo by Rainforest Seafoods.
Ingredients:
2oz. unsalted butter
1 lb. Rainforest Seafoods Basa Fillet
1oz. wet jerk seasoning
1pk.. Penne pasta
2 Cloves roasted garlic (minced)
¼ cup apple vodka
½ tablespoon chopped fresh basil
½ tablespoon chopped fresh parsley
1 medium onion (diced)
1 medium red bell pepper (diced)
1 medium green pepper (diced)
2 cups. Heavy cream
½ cup parmesan cheese
Salt and pepper to taste
Method:
Saute the basa using the butter, jerk seasoning, garlic and the apple vodka. Add the vegetables, herbs and cook over medium heat for 3 minutes. Pour in the cream, continue to heat until it starts to bubble.
Meanwhile cook the penne pasta and drain it well. Then add it to the cream sauce. Stir for one minute until it starts to thicken. Add parmesan cheese and serve.
Serve immediately.
