It’s a crazy thought but it’s an amazing craze that I think you would love. Ingredients
1 pint (quart) favourite ice bread
1 1/4 cup self-rising flour
1/4 cup topping of your choice (sprinkles, fruits, nuts, shredded coconut) (optional)
Method
Preheat oven to 350°F/ 175°C
Let ice cream melt in refrigerator until it is completely liquid then pour in a bowl and flour
Mix until thoroughly combined and add the optional toppings
Line a loaf pan with parchment paper and greases with a non-stick spray
Bake for 35-40 minutes
Allow to cool fully before cutting
