Black Bean and Teriyaki Baked Snapper

Ingredients

1 3lbs Rainforest Seafoods Red Snapper
2 oz salt and pepper mix
1 tsp minced garlic
1 tsp cloves
2 tsp lime juice
4 tbs chopped scallion
1 medium onion sliced
1/2 tsp minced ginger
4 tbs. melted unsalted butter
1/2 cup teriyaki sauce
1/2 cup black bean sauce
1/2 cup water

Directions

Pre-heat oven to 350°F.

Wash the fish with vinegar and pat dry with paper towel. Score 3 times on each sides and season with salt and pepper.

In a bowl combine the butter, lime juice, garlic, ginger, scallion, onion, teriyaki, black bean sauce, cloves and water.

Combine all the ingredients and use half of the mixture to rub the fish, including the cavity and scores.

Place the fish on a greased baking tray and place in oven and cook for 25- 30 minutes.

Pour the remaining marinade over the fish half way into cooking.

Remove, garnish and serve.
