Try this delicious vegetable casserole that will make you warm through the coldest weather.

Ingredients
2 lbs Vegetables of your choice (carrots, chochos, string beans, parboiled potatoes etc.)
1 large Onion (sliced)
1 tsp Salt
3 tsp Butter or Margarine
3 tsp Flour
2 cup Milk

Preparation

  1. Preheat oven to 350 degrees
  2. Grease a medium casserole dish with butter
  3. Peel and slice vegetables
  4. Lay half of the vegetables in casserole dish with sliced onions
  5. Mix flour and salt
  6. Sprinkle half of flour mixture on sliced vegetables and dot with half of butter
  7. Lay remaining sliced vegetables and sprinkle with remainder of flour mixture. Dot with remaining butter.
  8. Pour milk over and bake for 45 minutes at allow sauce to cook
  9. Serve hot
