Spicy Curried Rice sounds so great! We thought ahead and put the full recipe by MAGGI® below.
3 cups Water
1 MAGGI® Garlic and Onion Seasoning Cube
5 tsp MAGGI® Curry Powder
2 cups Rice
1 cup Carrot (diced)
2 tbsp. Vegetable oil
1 medium Onion (finely chopped)
1 clove Garlic (minced)
1 sprig fresh thyme
1 tsp Scotch bonnet pepper (finely chopped)
1/4 cup Sweet pepper (finely chopped, assorted colour)
2 packs MAGGI® Season-Up Jerk or All-Purpose
1 dash Black pepper, optional
How to make:
In a medium pot sauté all the fresh seasoning, curry powder, black pepper and MAGGI® Season-up, add water and bring to a boil then add rice and carrots. Cover pot and reduce heat and allow to simmer.
When the rice is cooked remove from heat and serve as desired.
