Sausage and Baked Beans with JP St Mary’s Green Plantain Strips
1 tin baked beans
1 tin Vienna sausages
Salt and black pepper (to taste)
1 red and green peppers
1 tomato, diced
2 tablespoons oil for sauteing
JP St Mary’s Green Plantain Strips
Cut Vienna sausages into small pieces
On a medium flame, add 2 tablespoons oil to a saucepan.
When hot, add tomatoes and red and green peppers. Season with salt, pepper, garlic and onion powder.
Add sausage and beans.
Simmer for 5 minutes.
Serve with JP St Mary’s Green Plantain Strips or JP St Mary’s Extra Crunchy Banana Chips.
